If you are then then I would like the opportunity to interview for the job. Most people hire the first agent they interview and often do not consider the spiritual components involved. As a Christian Real Estate Agent in Bellingham WA I seek to be both practical and Biblical in my business practices. The methods I use for marketing are cutting edge and yet it’s the principals that I hold to that make me different than most. There are three spiritual principals that I operate my business by.
Being truthful, relying on prayer, and trusting the Lord are three basic spiritual components that I apply to my life daily when doing business as a Christian Realtor in Bellingham WA. I always strive to be transparent in my speech. It’s not always easy to do, and it is a Biblical requirement. It doesn’t mean that I am perfect in communication. There are times when every one of us have sinned by not being truthful. It is during those times that I ask Jesus to forgive me as well as others if I have sinned against them. Sometimes there is a temptation to tell a “white lie” than to tell the truth. Of course there is no such thing as a “white lie.” Proverbs 12:22 says “Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord: but they that deal truly are his delight.”
Relying on prayer is important to me as a Christian realtor in Bellingham Wa because we are told in in Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. “ In any real estate transaction there can be difficulties and stress. Oswald Chambers once said “We have to pray with our eyes on God, not on the difficulties.” Most of my prayers are simple like “Dear God please help me to work diligently as unto You. Help me to price this home accordingly and bring the right buyer at the right time for the successful sale of this home.”
Trusting in Jesus is important because while I do the marketing needed to help you sell your home in Bellingham WA for the most amount of money in the least amount of time with the least amount of hassle; my trust for the outcome is ultimately in the hands of the Lord. Proverbs 3:5 says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding”. It is God that directs our steps as Christians. I use cutting edge resources to help buy and sell homes and at the same time the reminder in the Bible is to always trust in the Lord and not in ourselves.
